If you're making several payments, we can set up automatic payments for you. The payments can be setup for predetermined dates, and for set amounts based on your negotiated arrangement. For instance, it's very simple to set up a monthly payments of $75 to be deducted from your checking account or to be charged to your credit card every month until your debt has been paid in full. If you should ever wish to cancel or change a payment date, all you have to do is call us at least 5 business days prior to your payment date and we will cancel or modify the payment for you.

If you request from us in writing within 30 days after receiving our initial “Collections Notice” letter or e-mail, we will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor.

If you filed for bankruptcy or you beleive your debt was discharged in a previous bankruptcy, please provide notice to us by calling or writing us and providing the following information, to the extent known to you:
- The exact name(s) shown on the bankruptcy petition
- The date of the filing;
- The Chapter of the bankruptcy (i.e. ch. 7, or ch. 13);
- The bankruptcy case number; and
- The state and districtcourt and/or state the bankruptcy was filed in.
Once you've paid your debt, we will send you a written confirmation
and paid receipt within 4-6 weeks. If your account was being reported to the credit bureaus, we will update your account as paid within 30 days.
